CALL FOR HELP

Here's where I'm at.  I have everything working, all the components are picked out and everything seems to function flawlessly.  My next step is to design and fabricate some PCB boards.  And this is where I need help.  I'm not too sure what I'm doing in this step and I'd like to have someone else with more experience design and ready all of the necessary PCB files.  The board needs to be very small, about 1.25 inches by .5 inch and include these parts...

LED Optek OVFRSRAC8 (bright & very low profile)
ATTINY85-20PU (microprocessor)
IR Receiver - TSOP32338SS1V
100 Ohm Resistor - CFR25J100R

The board needs to have soldier pads for 3V, ground, and two leads for a piezo speaker which will be outside the sensor.  The switch is also outside the sensor.  I'm sticking with the 3.5mm plug and jack system.

For the PCB, I'm strongly considering using OSH Park since they seem to have the best price - however I'm open to other suggestions.  I'd initially like to get 25 of these made in time for TagFest to test them out.

Here's my link to the project on Upverter.  Please contact me if you can help convert this into a useable PCB file.  Thanks in advance!

Have you already purchased the parts in bulk for those 25? Am thinking how much smaller I could make it with smd parts.

I like the idea of going SMD - if it doesn't increase the overall costs. I'll be sending you an email soon.

Thanks!
