New ECHO BASE schematic

Here is a quick new schematic. This was done over at UPVERTER...



When this circuit is prototyped onto a breadboard, it performs much better than my first attempt. It doesn't have all of the parts as suggested by Brian Farley, but it seems to be working great.

This might actually be something. Now back to working out the code.
